Dear Athletes,
One month to the race day
Tick tock. The race month has arrived. This issue of the adidas Sundown newsletter will motivate and psyche you up for the race!
Be glad to know that there will be Official Pacers of the marathon to keep you motivated. The hunt is on for 15 seasoned marathon participants to take on the role as the official pacers of the race. This is your chance to challenge yourself in another way!
Our Official Sponsors are also ready to back you up for the race. It’s the perfect time to get a new pair of adidas running shoes and season them before race day. Ultra Marathon runners, you will receive an Energizer LED headlight each to accompany you on your journey.
For runners who know of friends who are dying to Race the Night, let them know of the Seven Seas JointCare Sport Contest. We have SEVEN Marathon/Ultra Marathon slots for the most deserving runners. Just be sure to hurry – submission date is this Sunday 3 May.
Within the next week, we will release a detailed animated route map to show every turn of the race route, so do remember to visit the official website regularly where important race information will be published.
