In this issue of the Sundown newsletter, we are very excited to announce the return of the Charity Bib Number Auction, where competitors and non-competitors alike, are invited to do their part for charity, and bid for their favoured bib number to race the adidas Sundown Marathon with.

A new introduction to the second edition of the event, the adidas Sundown Marathon Running Clinic, which covers crucial topics like tapering, sports nutrition and sports science, will be held over an afternoon at Changi General Hospital on 11 April 2009.

Targeting at all levels of runners, be it the seasoned ultra-marathoner or the beginner participating in the ladies’ 10K, spending an afternoon with the Changi Sports Medicine Centre professionals at the running clinic will guarantee knowledge which will translate into speed and performance come race day.

With only limited slots available for the Running Clinic, be sure to sign up early to avoid the disappointment of missing out!
