Adrian will address the common FAQs on what to eat before the race, during the race and after the race. He will also share tips on understanding nutrition info on supplements and working out the energy requirement to run the marathon. There many sports drink in the markets , so he will advise how much to drink and how to keep your electrolytes level in balance.

• How to avoid and manage cramps
Cramping are common to many new runners or beginners. With proper training, hydration and nutrition, this can be totally avoided. Adrian will share tips on how to gauge ones running effort to avoid cramps.

• Motivating yourself
Finishing your race strong and feeling good is possible! Adrian will share strategies you can use to keep your motivation level up and keep going!
