  • 1. How can I register?

    You can register online here
  • 2. How can I make payment?

    You can make payment by eNets, VISA or Mastercard through the online payment portal which you will be directed to after you've duly completed your registration.
  • 3. How can I register in bulk? (15 people or more)

    Bulk registration discounts are only applicable to groups consisting of 15 people or more.

    You can register in bulk if you are registering for more than 15 persons. Bulk registrations are entitled to *5% discount.

    *Note that past participants will not be entitled to any loyalty/ past participation discount.

  • 4. Is GST included in the registration fee?

    Yes.
  • 5. How will I know if my entry has been accepted?

    You will receive a confirmation slip upon your successful registration.

    Successful applicants will also be able to login to the competitors login area. In the login area, participants will be able to print out his/ her race confirmation slip and also edit their particulars should any of the details have changed since registration date.

    Note that you will need to produce your printed confirmation slip together with your NRIC/Passport when you collect your Race Entry Pack at the Marathon Expo. The venue will be announced here or in our regular newsletters.
  • 6. Do I get a refund if I choose not to participate after registration?

    The withdrawal and entry transfer policy of the Sundown Marathon is as follows:-

    Withdrawal and Entry Transfer Policy
    All race entries are strictly non-transferable and withdrawals will only be accepted in writing.

    Participants who have withdrawn before 1700hrs on 30 April 2010 will enjoy a 50% refund of the paid race fee. The refund will be credited to the credit card used during the original entry. Payments made by cash will be refunded by cheque.

    Refunds will be issued following the event or as we can in each administration period.

    For withdrawals made inside one month from race day, that is those postmarked / dated after / later than 1701hrs on 30 April 2010, will not be refunded.

    Withdrawal notifications must be in writing either by post or email. The date of withdrawal will be that as postmarked on the envelope, or in the email header.

    Telephone and verbal messages of withdrawal will not be accepted.

  • 7. Can I make changes to my personal particulars after submitting my registration?

    Yes. You can by logging in to change your particulars with your userid and password here or send us an email at info@hivelocity.com.sg

    Participants will be unable to change their
    • Race Category,
    • Date of Birth,
    • NRIC and gender

    All competitors are to make changes by 9 April 2010.
  • 8. Can I change race categories after I have registered?

    No.
  • 9. Why is it that I have not received my confirmation slip despite registering and making payment?

    There could be several reasons:

    • The email has been blocked by your mail server and/ or treated as Spam
    • Your registration was not successful
    • Error in your email address

    Please check your registration status on the Sundown Marathon web-site, reconfirm your email address and resend the confirmation slip through the online tracking system.

    If all the above fails, please call our hotline at 6372 6388 and provide the following information:

    • Name
    • NIRC/ Passport No.
    • Race category

    Please allow at least 3-5 working days for investigations.
  • 10. If I'm using the gift card promo code for registration, can I get a refund on the past participant's discount?

    No.
  • 11. If i do not wish to withdraw from the race, can i transfer my registration?

    No. Kindly refer to our withdrawal policy.
