The Chairty Bib Number Auction is back again for this edition of the race!
Launched on 1 March 2010, competitors and non-competitors alike, are invited to participate in the auction and at the same time, do their part for adidas's adopted charity.

Online Auction Mechanisms
After the official launch, the online bib auction will commence and everyone, competitors and non-competitors alike, are invited to participate online at the adidas Sundown Marathon website.
Race competitors will need to log-in to start the bidding and non-competitors are required to sign up for an account should they want to bid for others.
Using the search function located on the auction page, interested auctioneers can locate any open bib numbers to check its existing highest bid value. The minimum bid for any set of race bib numbers is set at SGD$50, with minimum increment of SGD$20 for every bid.
Names and bids of successful registrants will be listed on the official website www.sundownmarathon.com

Terms and Conditions
- Competitors and non-competitors are invited to participate in this auction.
- Bidders who are non-participants are welcome to bid for friends who are race participants. Upon successful bidding, bidders who are non-participants will need to provide the full name of the race participant he/she is bidding the race number for.
- Each team member will have a unique bib number. All team members are welcome to bid for different numbers within a team.
- Participants who are successful in bidding must use the bib number at the 2010 race. No change of bib number will be allowed.
- The minimum bid for any set of race bib numbers is set at SGD$50, with minimum increment of SGD$20 for every bid.
- All proceeds will be donated to adidas's adopted charity after deduction of administrative charge of SGD$5.
- With the online bid auction ending 18 March 2010, the participants of the auction with the highest bid for every set of race bib will be declared the winner. Winners will be notified via email.
- Upon notification, auction bid winners are given until 26 March 2010 to make their donations. Confirmation of successful bidding will only be valid upon payment.
- The cheque should be made to ‘Hivelocity Pte Ltd' and posted to 27 Boon Tat Street Singapore 069623
