Letter of Authorisation for Race Pack Collection
Can't make it to the Sundown Race Expo to collect your race pack? Fret not, simply print out the letter of authorisation to enable someone to collect on your behalf.

The person collecting your race kit on your behalf should provide:
1) Your confirmation slip or Photocopy of your NRIC front and back AND
2) A letter of authorisation signed by you, authorising the collection. Click here for the template of the letter of authorisation

Overseas Participants Only Only participants who are non-residents of Singapore, who write in to the organizers personally can collect their race pack at the following address and times apart from the Race Expo. Participants are to take note of the below collection time and location to avoid disappointment and missing the race.

Yes, there is a baggage check-in area* at the start line where runners can deposit their belongings.

*Counters will only accept items secured in bag(s) tagged with a baggage tag (proliferated to a section of every runner tag).

Whilst maximum care and security will be enforced, the organiser will not be responsible for any loss or damaged items or delay in retrieving the bags. Participants are advised to arrive 2hours before their start time as delays are expected.

Yes, course markers will be available every 2km along the race routes.

All winners will be presented with their respective awards following their races on race day.

Race timings will be recorded by D-Tag, an electronic race timing system with accuracy up to hundredth of second. The disposable tag is completely weatherproof and will work regardless of rain, heat, storms, humidity or other inclement conditions.

All participants will be timed using D-Tag electronic race timing system.

Participants will be granted access to their personal race results (Gun Time and Chip Time), as captured by the timing system on the race website 12hours after the last cut-off time.

"Gun Time" (still officially accepted by the IAAF as the valid mode of measuring running time) includes whatever distance you had to cover before you actually reach the start line. Official results are based on the Gun Time, i.e. prizes rankings are according to the Gun time.

The Chronotrack electronic race timing system eliminates that major issue of inaccurate timing and gives you your "Net Time".

First aiders will be deployed along the route. Participants who are in need of immediate attention can also alert the route marshals.

There will also be sweeper vehicles to pick up runners who are injured or unable to complete the Race and take them to the End point.
