Here's how you do it!!
During the registration process, key in your NRIC/Passport no. without the alphabetical prefix/suffix in the promo code field. Double check that you get a 20% discount in your confirmation page.
This discount is valid for any categories regardless of your previous race category and will end on 17 Dec 2009.
